Wij zijn op zoek naar een Business Development Manager Emergency Lighting in Hoofddorp die gemotiveerd is om bij te dragen aan de groei van Schneider Electric.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
  • Neemt de lead om het Emergency lighting portfolio te ontwikkelen en de business te laten groeien.
  • Je werkt met klant segmenten bestaande uit Distributors, Contractors, Installers, Design firms en End-Users.
  • Opstellen van een Commercial action plan, voor het ontwikkelen van new business opportunities bij bestaande en nieuwe klanten
  • Verantwoordelijk voor alle business opportunities van advies to daadwerkelijke verkoop.
  • Pro-actief managen van de project pipeline in nauwe samenwerking met de verschillende SE sales teams en channels.
  • Executie van de KPI's van de opgestelde doelstellingen.
  • Ambassador als sales product specialist voor het complete Noodverlichting portfolio.
  • Je bent de voice of customers richting de interne organsatie.
  • Je analyseert de trends in de markt en doet concurrentie-onderzoek naar de productportfolio's waar jij voor verantwoordelijk bent.
  • Je definieert promoties om de performance van de productportfolio's te verbeteren. Dit doe je samen met Channel Management en Offer Marketing.
De kwaliteiten en eigenschappen van de ideale kandidaat voor Business Development Manager:
  • Minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau in de richting van Commerciele Economie/ (Technische) Bedrijfskunde.
  • Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring in Field sales, ervaring in (Nood)verlichting is een Pre.
  • 3 competenties die van toepassing zijn:
Analytisch: je kunt marktontwikkelingen interpeteren en de impact op het productportfolio overzien. Daarnaast ben je in staat om data te interperteren om de behoeften van klanten in kaart te kunnen brengen. Creatief: je bent in staat om met creatieve ideeën te komen om de resultaten van het productportfolio te verbeteren. Gedreven: je hebt de wil om te scoren en gaat geen uitdaging uit de weg en kunt goed samenwerken.
  • Je bent in staat om te werken in een omgeving die elke dag anders is.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
