De Plesman is based in a historic monument, and is currently transformed into a brand-new lifestyle hospitality concept. All the (wonderful - if we can say so) basics are there: an astonishing monumental building, a restaurant, a bar, a gym and meeting rooms. But de Plesman is not your regular hotel, we do things differently around here.  

So.. what is different you ask? We are bold. We are looking for someone who wants to evolve hospitality together with us. We believe our team members are at the heart of our hotel and make it such a special place. We can’t do this alone though, and hence we are looking for you to be the link between our hotel operations and the finance department.

 What will you be doing?   

• You will manage accounts payable and receivable (precision is your strength) 

  
  

• You are responsible for the processing back transactions 

  
  

• You perform credit checks to keep our finances clear and organized. 

  
  

• You perform income audits 

  
  

• You support our Finance Manager

  
  

Small print:   

• You have at least MBO/HBO working and thinking level, with a passion for the hotel industry. 

  
  

• You are skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Teams) and can use these tools efficiently. 

  
  

• You will be on top of our list if you have knowledge of PMS software (like Mews) and/or accounting systems (like AFAS). 

  
  

• You speak English fluently, it would be considered a plus if you speak Dutch.     

  
  

• You are hands-on, structured and take responsibility.  

  
  

• You preferably live in the vicinity of The Hague
