Our client in Eindhoven, a leading company in the high-tech manufacturing industry, is looking for a Logistics Employee who can operate with precision, responsibility, and efficiency.About the RoleAs a Logistics Employee, you play a crucial role in the operational flow of a cutting-edge production process. You support manufacturing teams by ensuring that all materials, components, and tools are available exactly when and where they are needed. You will work with highly sensitive equipment and materials, so accuracy, structure, and a quality-focused attitude are essential.You will operate in a 5-shift schedule, ensuring continuous production support in a 24/7 environment.Your ResponsibilitiesExecute all logistics activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and delivering materials to production linesOperate EPT (Electric Pallet Truck) safely and efficientlyHandle high-value and sensitive high-tech components with extreme careWork according to cleanroom procedures (cleanroom experience is a strong advantage)Ensure correct and timely internal transport of materials to cleanrooms, production cells, and assembly areasPerform administrative tasks such as scanning, labeling, stock updates, and booking material movementsCollaborate closely with production, quality control, and planning teamsParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize logistics processesIdentify and report deviations, shortages, or potential risks in material flowMaintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in accordance with high-tech and cleanroom standardsUse SAP or similar systems to register material transactions (SAP experience preferred, but not required—training is provided)What You BringExperience in logistics or warehousing, ideally within a high-tech or cleanroom environmentEPT certification or demonstrable experience operating EPT equipmentWillingness to work in xbpjoel a 5-shift system (including nights and weekends)Eye for detail and ability to work with high-value, sensitive materialsStrong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and teamworkAbility to work in a structured, process-driven environmentGood communication skills in English; Dutch is a plusWhat We OfferSalary up to €3,900 including shift allowanceA stable, long-term position in a state-of-the-art high-tech environmentExtensive training and onboarding, including cleanroom and system trainingCareer opportunities within logistics, planning, or productionA professional and international work setting with advanced technologiesSupportive team and modern facilities
