HR Officer bij PromptGorillas
Zorg voor structuur, beleid en een sterke cultuur in een snelgroeiend AI-bedrijf
PromptGorillas is volop in beweging. Met stevige groei op de planning — richting 30 collega's eind 2025 — zoeken we een HR Officer die zorgt voor rust, overzicht en duidelijke kaders in de organisatie. In deze rol combineer je het maken van beleid met de dagelijkse praktijk: van het opstellen van functierollen en arbeidscontracten tot het begeleiden van nieuwe medewerkers en het ontwikkelen van HR-processen.
Wat ga je doen?
Als HR Officer leg je een stevig fundament voor ons HR-beleid. Je werkt nauw samen met het management en de recruiter en zorgt ervoor dat alles rond instroom, doorstroom en uitstroom goed geregeld is.
Je belangrijkste taken zijn:
- Opstellen en onderhouden van functiebeschrijvingen en rolprofielen.
- Ontwikkelen en implementeren van HR-beleid, inclusief beoordelings- en groeigesprekken.
- Meedenken over en bewaken van onze bedrijfscultuur.
- Ondersteunen bij werving & selectie, onboarding en personeelsadministratie.
- Signaleren van knelpunten en HR-behoeften binnen het team en hier proactief op inspelen.
- Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor HR-gerelateerde vragen vanuit collega's en management.
Wat vragen wij?
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare HR-functie.
- HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in HRM of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
- Je hebt ervaring met het opzetten van HR-processen en het schrijven van beleid.
- Je bent communicatief sterk, discreet en zorgvuldig.
- Je schakelt makkelijk tussen strategie en uitvoering.
- Affiniteit met technologie, digitalisering of AI is een pré.
