Jouw rol

Als QA specialist bij novasole zorg jij voor de kwaliteitswaarborging van onze bestaande en nieuwe software ontwikkelingen. Jij bent in de leiding om een testplan op te zetten waar het team mee kan werken. Daarnaast zal je alle test scenario’s standaardiseren voor onze bestaande applicaties in samenwerking met onze teams en de gebruikers van onze applicatie. Naast handmatige test procedures en de kwaliteitswaarborging van onze applicaties, zal je ook verantwoordelijk zijn voor het automatiseren van belangrijke workflows van onze applicaties.


Jouw taken


Testplanning:

  • Werk nauw samen met de ontwikkelingsteams om acceptatie vereisten en functionaliteiten te begrijpen.
  • Ontwikkel doordachte testplannen die aansluiten bij de doelstellingen van het team en de projectdoelen.
  • Werk samen met belanghebbenden om testdekking te waarborgen voor verschillende scenario's.

Testautomatisering:

  • Ontwerp en implementeer workflows voor integratietests om de functionaliteit en prestaties van kernapplicatieprocessen te valideren.
  • Werk samen met ontwikkelaars om geautomatiseerde tests in de continuïteitspipeline te integreren.
  • Onderhoud en verbeter bestaande geautomatiseerde testsuites.

Kwaliteitsborging:

  • Voer handmatige en geautomatiseerde tests uit om defecten te identificeren en de algehele kwaliteit van de software te waarborgen.
  • Rapporteer en documenteer ontdekte problemen tijdens het testen en werk nauw samen met het ontwikkelingsteam om ze op te lossen.
  • Neem deel aan Agile-ontwikkelingsprocessen en geef waardevolle input tijdens sprintplanning, reviews en retrospectives.


Samenwerking en communicatie:

  • Werk nauw samen met interdisciplinaire teams, waaronder ontwikkelaars, productmanagers en andere leden van het QA-team.
  • Communiceer effectief met teamleden om tijdige updates te geven over de voortgang van het testen en geïdentificeerde problemen.

Wie we zoeken

Minimaal HBO denk en werk niveau.

  • Je hebt 1 tot 3 jaar ervaring als QA specialist.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het opzetten van test procedures en team(s) mee te nemen in goede kwaliteitswaarborging.
  • Kennis en ervaring met programmeertalen (met name .NET, C#, Python) en het opzetten van test-pipelines is een pré
  • Je hebt een basis begrip van softwaretestprincipes en -methodologieën.
  • Je hebt sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
  • Je hebt uitstekende communicatie- en samenwerkingsvaardigheden.
  • Je bent bereid om te leren en bij te dragen in een snel ontwikkelende omgeving.
