- Team Management and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and expand the sales team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Foster a competitive and accountable sales environment by setting clear sales targets and incentives.
- Operational Excellence:
- Streamline sales processes and operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices in sales techniques, tools, and software that enhance the sales cycle.
- Client Relations and Business Development:
- Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead negotiations to secure lucrative deals.
- Industry Knowledge and Networking:
- Utilize knowledge of the agency and/or staffing industry to enhance sales strategies and initiatives.
- Leverage existing connections within the agency and/or staffing industry to expand market presence and achieve sales targets.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior sales leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading sales teams and operations, ideally within the staffing industry.
- Extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and experience in managing the full sales lifecycle.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the staffing or agency industry with established connections.
- Advanced degree in business or related fields.
- Experience in international sales and market expansion.
