Functie-inhoud:
  • het efficiënt & optimaal plannen en coördineren van de onderhoudsplannen en ad hoc behoeftes vanuit de productie, waarbij je rekening houdt met alle facetten (zoals mankracht, productieplanning, urgentie, veiligheid, beschikbaarheid onderdelen etc.)
  • je bent als Maintenance Engineer lid van de stuurgroep van de afdeling processing en je vertegenwoordigt hierin de maintenance afdeling
  • jij neemt deel aan verbeteringen en kleine investeringsprojecten binnen de afdeling
  • daarnaast pas jij continu verbeteren toe in jouw dagelijkse werkzaamheden
  • het opstellen, onderhouden en verbeteren van machine specifieke onderhoudsplannen en de onderhoudsstrategie met behulp van continu verbeteren, en deze borgen in onderhoudsopdrachten in SAP en ander programma's
  • je past als Maintenance Engineer regels t.a.v. Veiligheid, milieu en hygiëne toe t.o.v. Alle bovenstaande activiteiten


Functie-eisen:
  • je beschikt over een HBO of WO diploma in de richting van Technische Bedrijfskunde, Werktuigbouwkunde of Mechatronica
  • je hebt werkervaring binnen de Industrie of een direct vergelijkbare sector in een technische functie
  • je hebt als Maintenance Engineer sterke affiniteit met industriële processen
  • je bent communicatief vaardig en werkt pro-actief
  • je hebt als Maintenance Engineer kennis van onderhoudsmanagement systemen zoals Ultimo of SAP
  • Een vloeiende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal is een must, met Engelse taalvaardigheid als waardevolle aanvulling.
