Our mission is to equip universities, research institutes, and enterprises with intuitive software and expert services that remove the complexity of large-scale compute infrastructure.We're looking for an enthusiastic Junior Account Manager to support our growing portfolio of end-to-end solutions in High-Performance Computing (HPC) and Machine Learning. In return, we offer a competitive OTE and benefits package that reflects your skills, ambition, and potential.If you are ready to own projects, experiment boldly, and grow with a passionate team, we would love to hear from you.Your Role:Qualify new opportunities, present ClusterVision solutions, overcome objections, negotiate and close business all within the support network of a team of experienced Sales, Pre-Sales and Service Engineers.Build direct relationships with customers and work closely with channel partners to grow sales within territory.You will work closely together with the presales and service engineers who will support you with their (technical) knowledge whenever you need.Lead all aspects of the selling cycle.Develop excellent strategic relationships with customers.Have an understanding and clear delivery of ClusterVision value proposition, key features, product messages, and positioning.Knowledge and Skills:Experience and Education: You have at least a completed bachelor's degree and 0 to 2 years of demonstrable knowledge and experience in the sale of business software or hardware as a Business Development Representative or Inside Sales.Enjoy calling customers: You're socially strong and are happy to call customers and build relationships. You're reliable, keep meticulous track of promises and place the customer first.Business acumen: Confidence turning technical features (HPC, AI, cloud) into persuasive messaging and sales story.Communication: Excellent written and spoken English; Dutch is a plus but not a requirement.Eagerness to learn: Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable teaching yourself new tools or concepts, testing ideas, and refining them quickly.Mindset: Entrepreneurial, organised, and creative, comfortable with strategic planning and hands-on execution.Why ClusterVision:Agile culture – Flat hierarchy, direct access to founders and engineers, rapid decision-making.Flexibility – Hybrid work set-up with a comfortable office near Amsterdam-Schiphol.Competitive package – Salary aligned with the Dutch market, pension support, travel expenses covered, and generous holiday allowance.
