Within the Information Management department of CREFS NL (Corporate Real Estate Management & Facility Services), we are looking for an assertive IT Product Manager, who requires strong knowledge of technology and a deep interest in the functional domain of Facility Management. The PO is responsible for the IT product vision, roadmap, back log, and stakeholder management activities within the Facility Services IT Squad.

And that these are in accordance with the ING IT Risk standards, legal frameworks, and ING's risk management policy.
Within this role, feature engineers may also report to you on new implementation projects of SAAS applications.
You create and communicate a product vision and management strategy for the IT Squad.
You resolve impediments in the further development of the SAAS solutions to be managed.
Active and timely backlog management in collaboration with business and other IT stakeholders, with the aim of quickly responding to impediments and other challenges.
You are responsible for (new and existing) contracts with external and internal service providers.

You help the IM Manager to monitor and adjust the quality and performance of IT Squads.
You help and assist colleagues to achieve their own objectives.
