As an experienced People Analytics professional, you have the ability to excel in this 'Head of' role by seamlessly blending strategy development, execution, and team leadership. In this position, you will drive our vision forward while leading an ambitious team. Key qualifications for this exciting role include:
A Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or IT; 12+ years of professional experience, including team leadership (ideally in Digital/Insights/Analytics fields); Strong understanding of HR processes, data management, reporting, and advanced analytics; Proficiency in information and database management; Expertise in Excel and Business Intelligence tools (such as PowerQueries, Power BI); Hands-on experience with advanced analytics use cases within global HR settings; Familiarity with HR Analytics platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Crunchr, Visier); Fluency in both written and spoken Dutch and English; In-depth knowledge of the link between data and processes; Experience with agile methodologies and ways of working.This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of HR analytics within a dynamic, global environment.
