In this role, you will manage new product introductions and transfers into the packaging line, including characterization, functional testing, sample creation, and RTE/CRT analysis. A key focus will be the transfer of products to a partner manufacturing organisation based in Algeria.You will work closely with cross-functional teams, evaluate and recommend new packaging materials, solve complex problems related to processes, equipment, or materials, and ensure projects are delivered on time while meeting all regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:Manage new product introductions or transfers into the packaging line.Perform characterization, functional testing, sample creation, and RTE/CRT analysis.Transfer products to a partner manufacturing site in Algeria.Evaluate, recommend, and select new packaging materials.Analyze complex issues relating to processes, equipment, or materials and recommend solutions.Write test and characterization protocols, perform technical evaluations, and submit assessment reports.Ensure projects are managed within deadlines, providing updates to senior management and wider teams.Participate in Pre-Approval Inspections (PAI) and interact with regulatory bodies (e.g., FDA, EMEA) as required.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Methods Transfer, Engineering, Validation, QA, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Manufacturing.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience working with packaging materials, preferably in the pharmaceutical or similarly regulated industry.Proven track record of project management and delivering results.Experience or ambition to lead teams and develop team members.Strong independent thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience collaborating across teams.What We Offer:A challenging role in a regulated, international environment.Opportunity to work on high-impact projects and product transfers.Professional growth and team development opportunities.Competitive salary and benefits package.
