Manufacturing engineer.
In this role, you will work daily with the operating team as an advisor and also get to bring in longer term projects such as new products, new equipment and new improvements.
Contract Length
: 12 months (possibility of extension or permanent contract after)
Payrate:
33,41 & Max pay rate- € 35, a month)
ONLY CANDIDATES ALREADY RESIDENT IN THE NETHERLANDS
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product transfers to a partner site in North Africa, including testing, sample creation, and analysis.
- Evaluate and select new packaging materials.
- Solve complex process, equipment, or material issues.
- Develop and execute test protocols and technical reports.
- Manage projects to meet deadlines and report progress to senior leadership.
- Participate in regulatory inspections (e.g., FDA, EMEA).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, Engineering, Validation, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years in packaging materials,
preferably in pharma or regulated industries. - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
