We're hiring a Strategy Lead for Direct Impact

At Direct Impact, we move fast. Combining Marketing and Tech, we create smarter digital tools, webshops, apps, and websites at lightning speed. And while we're doing that, we're also sharing our knowledge to help our clients grow their own in-house skills. We work with fast-growing, mid-to-large players in e-commerce who are ready to take the next big leap.

The Role: Strategy Lead

Small Giants operates in small industry focused commercial teams called Labels. Hero Hub for Recruitment, Peak Potential for Sport & Health and Direct Impact for retail and e-commerce. Each Label consists of around 5 people who know everything about their industry, working closely together to achieve growth and make our customers happy. As a Strategy Lead for Direct Impact, you'll be part of a Label with a lot of experienced specialists who are all about collaboration, innovation, and making a real impact.

As a Strategy Lead, you'll be the bridge between customer needs and business goals. You'll manage relationships with our most advanced clients, making sure they have a clear strategy plan that aligns with their needs and our services. You'll also make sure that across the team we have a strategy plan in place for every customer.

You'll be the voice of the customer, feeding their insights into our development process, driving innovation, and ensuring our products are delivered on time and within budget. You'll partner closely with Judith Al, our Business Owner for Direct Impact, working together to attract new customers and challenge each other to push for the best results and customer satisfaction.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: You'll manage the relationships with our largest customers and help grow their businesses.
  • Strategic Alignment: You'll ensure all customers have strategy plans that match their needs and our goals.
  • Feedback Integration: You'll be the customer's voice, using their feedback to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Communication: You'll keep communication smooth between Analytics and Marketing Automation teams.
  • Financial Accountability: You'll hit goals related to turnover and gross margin.
  • Collaboration: You'll work closely with the Business Owner to fuel growth and seize new opportunities.
