Our client, a global IT Service Integrator, is urgently looking for a Presales consultant across the ITOM space.


As a Lead Presales Sales Consultant , you will be responsible for supporting and drive the selling complex services offers to these customers. Your main focuses will be:


  • Customer Trusted Advisor (digital transformation consultant and strategic workshops execution)
  • Solution Focus (strong focus on solution expertise on people-process-technology-data focused on customer outcomes)
  • Pipe Development (lead pipe biz plan)


Responsibilities:

  • Engages with customers at senior level to shape their vision and jointly develop a roadmap for a transformational engagement
  • Leads one or more solution areas (big transformation plays or specific pillars)
  • Drives a solution business plan to ensure a healthy pipeline and correct application of strategic plays in the geography
  • Leads the deal team in developing differentiating propositions fulfilling client vision
  • Assists Client Manager/SW Sales/xBU Sales in opportunity qualification and risk assessment
  • Responsible for validating/endorsing the complete people-process-technology solution for the deal
  • Works with delivery to ensure that solution design can be appropriately delivered and assists in a smooth transition to delivery
  • Partial delivery activities about what is sold, in order to support the handover and upselling
  • Understanding of key business processes and mechanisms for ordering
  • Ability to work in a demanding professional context and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality
  • Focus on Dutch customers but being part of an cross country team the candidate could support colleagues in other countries.


Required Experience:


  • More than 10 years of experience in IT management and Digital Transformation for multinational corporations and Software Professional Services
  • Solution architecture background and experience in writing proposals
  • Strong presence and confidence, exhibiting professional maturity, strong communication skills. It’s mandatory the knowledge of English both oral and written at proficient level
  • Knowledge of IT project delivery and most common project management methodologies
  • Driving the customer, business strategy, and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of IT projects engagements type and the financial aspects (revenue, margin, billing)
  • Ability to use standard methodologies to quickly evaluate and size an opportunity,
  • Knowledge of IT4IT and main IT architecture standards
  • IT Operations Management, ITSM/ITIL, Enterprise Service Management, Cloud Monitoring, IT Automation
