Voor de afdeling Engineering zijn we op zoek naar een Elektrotechnisch Technisch Specialist. In deze rol heb jij de verantwoordelijkheid dat de technische modificaties en instandhoudingen voor jouw vakgebied geborgd zijn. Dit doe je door nauw betrokken te zijn bij het initiëren en begeleiden van projecten, op het vlak van toetsing van engineeringsopdrachten en ontwerpen, beoordeling van modificatie voorstellen, afname van werkzaamheden, borgen van veiligheid en instandhouding van alle elektrotechnische delen aan het equipment.
Jij kijkt samen met de Reliability Engineer al 3 tot 5 jaar vooruit zodat de terminal op elektrisch gebied in goede conditie blijft. Samen met de Maintenance Engineer analyseer je voor de kortere termijn de voorkomende storingen en optimaliseer je het onderhoudsconcept. Je komt ook met verbetervoorstellen (modificaties, aanpassen werkmethodes, etc.) om de betrouwbaarheid en onderhoudbaarheid van met name het equipment, maar soms ook civiele installaties op de terminal te verhogen of de kosten te verlagen.
Je bent in staat om, voor jouw specialistische kennis, op strategisch niveau te opereren en acties door te vertalen naar tactisch en operationeel niveau. Voor de storingsdienst en de onderhoudsafdeling ben je een vraagbaak in geval van complexe technische zaken en overleg je eventueel met externe specialisten.
Verder lever je als Technisch Specialist E een inhoudelijke bijdrage aan diverse technische projecten en ben je in sommige gevallen ook de projectleider. Met jouw analytische en probleemoplossende vermogen kom je met adequate oplossingen en kan je op jouw gebied de organisatie adviseren.

- Een brutosalaris van max. €6.800,- per maand op basis van 38,75 uur per week;
- 8% vakantiegeld;
- Variabele prestatiebonus;
- Winstuitkering;
- Reiskostenvergoeding;
- Pensioenregeling;
- Bijdrage in ziektekosten.
Functie-eisen:
- Je hebt minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau: bij voorkeur een afgeronde opleiding HBO Elektrotechniek, Mechatronica of vergelijkbaar;
- Je bent in het bezit van een geldig STIPEL IVWV Hoogspanning en Laagspanning certificaat NEN3140 / NEN3840 of bent bereid deze te behalen;
- Je hebt ruime en relevante ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol binnen een onderhoudsafdeling waarin een hoge mate van zelfstandigheid is vereist;
- Kennis van (haven) installaties, automatisering en het begeleiden van projecten;
- Je bent een sparringpartner voor de Technisch Specialisten Mechanisch;
- Je bent analytisch, resultaatgericht, kunt projectmatig werken en je kunt prioriteiten stellen en risico’s juist inschatten;
- Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels en kunt makkelijk schakelen met diverse techneuten en de lagen binnen de organisatie;
- Je kijkt vooruit op technische ontwikkelingen en maak deze toepasbaar voor de organisatie;
- Je beschikt over een rijbewijs en eigen vervoer.
