Production Trainer

Assembly & Process Work (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

• Conduct orientation training for new hires.
• Train the production operator to perform assigned tasks with the right skills.
• Certify and re-certify the production operators from time to time.
• Cross train the production operators for line flexibility.
• Maintain training records for all directs production operators.
• Assist the production executives in following up on the new or cross trained production operators to expected level of performance.
• Improve work method for Quality and productivity improvement.
• Conduct work methods for Quality and productivity audits.
• Learn new processes & develop training manuals and job aids for operators.
• Assist in the hiring selection of production operators.
• Provide up-to-date operator training data whenever required.
• Inform superiors on any non-confirming issues in the production or training dept.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess at least SPM, Certificate or Diploma in any field or relevant studies.
• Preferably attended Train-the-Trainer course.
• Min 2 years working experience in similar position.
• Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to communicate effectively and sensitively.
• Good attendance and work quality.
• Must be able to work independently, resourceful, self-motivated with hands-on approach towards learning.
