The Talent Acquisition Internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition strategies, allowing you to develop essential skills in building a strong employer brand, retain current employees and attract new talent.In This Role, You WillAssist in the creation of compelling job postings to attract top talent;Utilize various platforms and tools to identify potential candidates for open positions;Conduct TA screening calls and liaise with potential candidates;Gain experience on how to negotiate terms of employment;Maintain and expand your network, such as through visits to universities for fresh graduates; Provide insights and recommendations based on market research to enhance recruitment strategies; Seek opportunities to expand understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process;Contribute to different employer branding initiatives.Job requirementsWhat makes you a great fit?Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
