As a Netsuite Project Manager for our implementations team, you will lead a group of consultants throughout all stages of the implementation’s lifecycle .

We are looking for someone who has deep expertise in the project management lifecycle, experience working with SuiteSuccess methodology, and a problem-solving mindset.


Your Day-to-Day 📅

As a Netsuite Project Manager for our Implementations team, you will perform the following activities and responsibilities:

  • Lead project management activities such as project planning, creation of work breakdown structures, and change management control
  • Manage scope throughout all phases of the project lifecycle, maintaining accurate program estimates, timelines, project plans, and status reports
  • Lead the execution of multiple projects or manage an entire program
  • Act as the lead communicator to internal and external stakeholders regarding expectations, resolutions, and prioritization
  • Learn from project retrospectives and apply the learning for future projects

Must-have:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management 🏆
  • 2+ years of proven experience in delivering full-cycle ERP implementation projects
  • Experience in Oracle NetSuite ERP implementations
  • Full English Professional Fluency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Necessary location in Málaga


Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Suite Success methodology experience
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to be effective in a fast-paced high-energy company
  • Initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to deliver high-quality work while meeting all deadlines
