Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic, proactive intern with some experience in store construction to join our team. As a Store Construction Intern, you will be involved in various stages of preparing, designing, renovating, and optimizing the layout of XPENG Motors stores to ensure they operate efficiently and smoothly. This position provides valuable learning opportunities and will give you in-depth insight into the core operations of the retail industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing store construction projects, including site selection, design reviews, and tracking the progress of implementation;
- Assist in monitoring and managing store renovation processes to ensure they meet budget, quality, and timeline requirements;
- Track and document the details of the store construction process, providing timely updates to the project lead;
- Complete other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Detail-oriented, patient, and capable of problem-solving;
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., AutoCAD, Microsoft);
- Ability to communicate in English.
