You manage the day to day operations and watch over the financial results. This includes full responsibility over all operational activities coupled with production, supply chain, engineering, finance as well as administration. Through efficiency and continuous improvement you minimize manufacturing costs. You have P&L responsibility and need to ensure that results are consistent with the strategic business plan.

Profile:
- University degree or similar by experience
- At least 5-10 years of managerial experience
- Agro experience is a plus

- Capable of defining and managing change processes
- Fluent in Dutch and English
