We are recruiting for a renowned German company specializing in industrial manufacturing. With a strong market presence in Germany, they are now looking to expand their reach in the Netherlands. The company offers high-quality solutions for industries such as plant engineering, mechanical engineering, and automotive supply.

Your Mission:

  • Winning new customers and expanding our market presence in the Netherlands – no micromanaging, just your expertise and network
  • Managing and growing existing customer relationships with a personal and consultative approach.
  • Presenting our company and products in a way that makes customers say, “Why haven’t we bought from you before?”
  • Representing our brand at industry events and trade fairs (yes, some travel – but only the fun kind).


Your Profile:

  • Passion for sales, customer relations, and networking – you love to talk and, more importantly, to listen.
  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally with connections in industries like plant engineering, mechanical engineering, or automotive supply.
  • Technical understanding paired with negotiation skills – you can talk shop and close deals.
  • Fluent in Dutch and proficient in German and English.
  • Independent, customer-oriented, and motivated – you drive your own success.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office (we know, it's 2025, but Excel still rules the world).
