Role Objectives:

At Sirius, we're transforming how companies manage their sustainability data and interact with stakeholders. Our AI-powered SaaS platform is at the forefront of this revolution, designed to automate ESG reporting and data management for some of the world’s largest industrial enterprises. We are now seeking an ambitious Account Executive to join our team. You will be instrumental in managing and progressing our sales pipeline, engaging directly with large enterprise clients in the metals, mining, and manufacturing sectors, and closing deals. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow alongside the company, taking on more responsibilities as you work directly with the founders and help shape our sales process.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and progress the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and engagement with potential enterprise clients.
  • Generate and manage leads through inbound inquiries, outbound outreach, and participation in industrial events.
  • Coordinate meetings, tailored demos, and presentations by collaborating with solution engineers and customer success managers.
  • Act as a project manager within the sales funnel, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across internal teams.
  • Engage with senior-level stakeholders, presenting our AI-driven SaaS solutions and demonstrating clear ROI.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles, negotiate terms, and close high-value deals while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Prepare and customize sales documents, presentations, and proposals to meet client needs.
  • Provide feedback to refine sales strategies and continuously improve sales materials and processes.
  • Travel up to 30% of the time to meet clients and attend industry events.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, focusing on enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Proven track record in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing large enterprise deals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with C-level executives.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment while managing competing priorities.
  • Proficiency with CRMs, such as HubSpot, for lead management and tracking sales activities.
  • Expertise in preparing professional sales documents, presentations, and proposals.
  • Ability to generate ideas to enhance sales processes, strategies, and materials.
  • Experience in the sustainability, AI, or industrial sectors (metals, mining, manufacturing) is highly desirable.
