In 40 years, Audevard has become the only pharmaceutical laboratory exclusively dedicated to horses in Europe, giving a unique position within the equine industry. More than half of Audevard’s sales is made with licensed medicines and the rest comes from a scientific nutraceutical range, which can be combined with the medicines in various protocols for comprehensive management of the horse's health.
In the recent years, Audevard has also succeeded in its international development by achieving more than 50% of its sales outside of its home market France, mainly in the major European equine countries. Since October 2021, Audevard has been part of the LIM Group, a French corporation consisting of companies exclusively dedicated to the equine sector via a “Riding” and a “Health & Science” division, to which Audevard belongs.
In order to sustain its development in the Netherlands and Belgium, Audevard is searching for:
Position: Area Account Manager Netherlands and Belgium (Flanders)
As an Account Manager for Audevard you will be in charge of the sales of the extensive portfolio of our products across the western regions of the Netherlands and the western side of Flanders (Belgium). You will be advocating for medicines and OTC products and be a real brand ambassador for our brand.
You will be part of the International Business Unit team and report to the KAM NL / BE.
Your voice will be heard at Audevard and your work will have a real impact on the company’s strategy and expansion.
You will be on the road most of the time so be prepared to travel domestically to meet your clients but also internationally as the company’s headquarter is in France.
You main tasks will include :
- Achieving territory sales objectives, respecting product mix, prices, and promotional offers
- Delivering on sales campaigns
- Keeping your diary up to date and organising your tour schedule to optimum effect
- Build, develop, and maintain relationships with clients through appropriate business solutions and ethical sales methods.
- Responding to enquiries
- Build relationships with clients and finding new business opportunities
- Market monitoring
- Follow up customers according to the frequency of their visits
- Attending events and clients’ meetings when required
Ideal Candidates should have :
- Direct sales profile
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the pharmaceutical and/or animal health, veterinary industry
- Knowledge of horses (either work or personal) is a real plus
- Fluent in Dutch Language (native) and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel / comfortable using an iPad for professional tasks
- Participation in industry congresses in the Netherlands and Belgium
- If necessary to optimise the tour plan: 1 night in a hotel could be considered
- Administrative day on Mondays
