Are you a visionary in the realm of game technology, eager to drive innovations in AR, VR, and gaming applications? Easysee is on the lookout for a Lead Developer to spearhead our development projects and shape the future of our gaming and application offerings.

Your role

In this technical role, you will work as a Unity C# Engineer on games, serious games, and simulations for AR, VR, mobile devices, and PC. You will be responsible for guiding the full development lifecycle of our applications, from concept to deployment and release. You’ll have the opportunity to lead projects and leverage cutting-edge technologies to create innovative solutions. As a team leader, you will direct a talented group of developers, working on both client-driven projects and internal product development. You’ll play an active role in client communication, understanding their needs, and helping bring their ideas to life. Additionally, you'll be responsible for task allocation, mentoring developers, and ensuring the quality and timely delivery of projects

Your profile

  • A minimum of 5 years of work experience in Unithy
  • At least 2 years of Lead or management experience
  • Client-oriented with strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus
  • Available to work on-site at least 3 days a week
  • HBO-level work and thinking capacity (Bachelor's degree level)
  • Open, proactive, and analytical mindset
