About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Unity Lead Developer to join our team at Easysee B.V. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for guiding the full development lifecycle of our applications, from concept to deployment and release. Your expertise in Unity and C# will enable you to lead projects and leverage cutting-edge technologies to create innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of Unity applications, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Guide a team of developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and bring their ideas to life
  • Manage project tasks, allocate resources, and ensure project success
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Unity development
  • At least 2 years of lead or management experience
  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus
  • Available to work on-site at least 3 days a week
  • HBO-level work and thinking capacity (Bachelor's degree level)
  • Open, proactive, and analytical mindset
