Team Overview And Job Responsibilities

As an intern, your role will be to manage incoming Business to Business customer orders for our European Partners, run reports and help with the efficiency controls by analyzing the correctness of existing documents within our Business Operations department. As an intern, you will play an important part in our Customer Fulfillment team. This position is well suited for someone who is looking to start their career in international order management.

Start date: As soon as possible

Duration: At least 6 months

Work location: Hoofddorp, NL


Responsibilities:

Manage orders, queries and claims from order entry through to delivery shipment of product to customer respecting Service Level Agreements.

Interface with various levels of sales, operations and other functional groups to ensure orders flow appropriately.

Communicate business requirements with all stakeholders effectively.

Developing and standardizing dashboards for the relevant business areas and new projects.

Support to Regional Planner – collect relevant data and information from various stakeholders, validation and pre-analysis of the data

Reporting on a weekly/monthly basis

Sample management: Manage and organize existing samples within the office.


Qualifications:

Enrolled in a Bachelor or Master study program for the full-period of the internship and available to travel 2/3 times a week to the office.

Self-organized and analytical skills.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work within a team and independently.

Proficient in MS Office(specifically good excel skills).

Fluent in English.
