There is a good chance that one of our products is already in your homeYour role as Team Lead Account Support?In this role, you'll lead by example; guiding, motivating, and empowering your team of 3 employees to deliver top results through seamless order execution and continuous process improvement. Together, you'll make impact by enhancing customer experience and operational performance.You will:Lead, coach, and inspire the Account Support team to deliver daily business operations, from order management to aftersales service;Foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement across customer-facing processes;Own the forecasting process: define responsibilities, train your team, and implement effective forecasting tools;Monitor key operational KPIs such as order accuracy, delivery timeliness, and customer satisfaction;Serve as the point of escalation for complex challenges to ensure fast and effective resolution.What we offer:At IBG, you find more than a job, you join a close-knit, international team driven by creativity, shared values and growth.
