About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Stibo/STEP Architect with expertise in Enterprise Architecture (EA) to join our team in a large and complex Enterprise environment. As a key member of the architecture team, you will be responsible for driving the design, implementation, and optimisation of the Stibo/STEP solution while collaborating with other IT teams, business stakeholders, and architects. This is a remote role, with meetings in the Netherlands and Paris every few weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Stibo/STEP solutions that align with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse requirements, ensuring the Stibo/STEP solution meets both business and technical needs.
- Integrate Stibo/STEP with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow across multiple platforms.
- Provide expertise in Enterprise Architecture, advising on best practices, standards, and methodologies.
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of Stibo/STEP implementations.
- Collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders to align solutions with the overall enterprise architecture strategy.
- Document architectural decisions, patterns, and configurations to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainability.
- Actively participate in solution design and code reviews, promoting high-quality and sustainable solutions.
- Maintain strong communication and a collaborative approach with distributed teams and stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience with Stibo/STEP (or similar PIM/DAM platforms) architecture and implementation in large, complex enterprise environments.
- Strong background in Enterprise Architecture and familiarity with EA frameworks and tools.
- Expertise in system integration, data modelling, and API design/integration.
- Familiarity with cloud-based environments, microservices, and modern software architecture principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong team spirit and a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams across multiple locations.
- Ability to travel to the Netherlands and Paris for meetings every few weeks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in global organisations with multi-country teams.
- Knowledge of additional PIM/DAM systems is a plus.
- Enterprise Architecture certification (e.g., TOGAF) is advantageous.
