Are you ready to make a meaningful impact by helping businesses transition towards more sustainable practices? Our client is the global leader in manufacturing innovative waste separation machines, used to recycle waste streams and produce alternative fuels for industries like power plants and cement manufacturing. Following a 20% growth in turnover last year, we're looking for a motivated International Sales Manager to drive expansion across Europe.

About the Role

As the International Sales Manager for Europe, you will be at the forefront of driving sales for cutting-edge waste separation machines. Your mission will be to identify and pursue opportunities with integrators, system builders, and end customers across Europe, creating sustainable waste solutions tailored to each client's specific needs.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Leading acquisition activities and cultivating relationships with existing and new clients across Europe.
  • Managing key accounts in established markets and pioneering new business in developing territories.
  • Participating in international trade fairs, demonstrating the capabilities of our client's technology.
  • Traveling across the region, spending roughly 50% of your time on the road, with trips varying from a few days to over a week.
  • Proactively planning your travel schedule, with flexibility to work from home when not on the road.

The Ideal Candidate

  • A bachelor's degree in Commercial Economics or a related field.
  • Proven international sales experience, especially in capital goods and machinery.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A passion for sustainability and technology-driven solutions.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Fluent in Dutch is also a must.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel and a flexible schedule.
