If you're eager to learn, hands-on, and ready to commit to long-term development, then this is the opportunity for you.The RoleAs a Maintenance Technician, you form part of a frontline technical team responsible for keeping an automated logistics system running smoothly. You respond to technical disruptions, assist in diagnosing faults, and ensure that machinery and automated equipment continue to operate efficiently.You will work in a 5-shift rotation, for which you receive a 30% shift allowance, and you will play a key role in maintaining system uptime and supporting operational teams.Your main responsibilities include:Safely resolving first-line technical disruptions and blockages in the automated logistics systemResponding to alerts from the Control Room and identifying the source of malfunctionsDiagnosing disruptions and identifying simpler mechanical or electrical defectsSupporting improved system uptime through communication with the Control Room or Shift LeaderMaintaining a clean and safe working environmentRecording incident data in digital maintenance and fault systemsActing as a professional and customer-focused representative on the operational floorThis role offers responsibility, hands-on technical challenges, and excellent opportunities to grow into more senior maintenance or coordination functions.This is YouYou take pride in ensuring operational continuity and solving technical challenges quickly and safely.
