Sta jij te springen om gewoon lekker aan de slag te gaan? En dat bij een werkgever die jou en de logistiek als geen ander begrijpt en je hierin kan ondersteunen, ideaal We zijn voor onze opdrachtgever in Amsterdamnog op zoek naar een business support administrator die van aanpakken weet.

WAT GA JE DOEN?

Als Business support administrator ben jij samen met je collega's de eerste aanspreekpunt voor de interne afdeling, klanten en leveranciers. Als team rapporteren jullie aan de coördinator en zijn jullie zelfstandig genoeg om ervoor te zorgen dat alles netjes afgehandeld wordt. Jouw taken worden vooral het onderhouden van het ticket systeem, het bijwonen van meetings voor klachtafhandeling en het behandelen van klachten. Naast deze taken ben je ook betrokken bij inbound en outbound activiteiten, KPI- registraties bijhoudt en orders plant.

WAT MOET JE IN HUIS HEBBEN?
  • Een positieve houding, je hebt zin om te werken
  • Een oog voor detail
  • Je bent een team-player die ook prima zelfstandig aan de slag kan.
  • Je bent bekend met Excel en het werken met WMS
  • Je spreekt goed Engels
