Over Stibbe.
Stibbe is een vooraanstaand internationaal advocaten- en notarissenkantoor met vestigingen in Amsterdam, Brussel, Luxemburg en Londen. De meeste van de cliënten zijn beursgenoteerde en grote niet-beursgenoteerde ondernemingen, private equity huizen en financiële instellingen.
Jouw team.
Je maakt deel uit van de IM afdeling van Stibbe. Deze afdeling is samen met strategische ICT sourcing bedrijven verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en onderhoud van ICT-systemen en software, ondersteuning en training van gebruikers bij het gebruik van IM-middelen en het uitvoeren van (innovatieve) projecten om bedrijfsprocessen te verbeteren en de continuïteit te waarborgen.
Je komt te werken binnen de afdeling IT Operations en rapporteert aan de IT Operations Manager. Het is een hecht team met een goede sfeer en ze zijn altijd bereid je te helpen.
Wat ga je doen?
Als IT Servicedesk Agent ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse, professionele ondersteuning aan de organisatie bij het gebruik van IT hard- en software. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor gebruikers, staat medewerkers telefonisch te woord en biedt ondersteuning bij het detecteren en oplossen van storingen, het verwerken van verzoeken en het beantwoorden van IM-gerelateerde vragen.
In de avond- en nachturen en weekenden is het Servicedeskteam (in een wisselend rooster) verantwoordelijk voor de stand-by diensten.
Wat vragen wij van jou?
Wij zijn op zoek naar een collega met, bij voorkeur, een afgeronde (MBO) ICT-opleiding en ervaring als medewerker op een Servicedesk binnen de zakelijke dienstverlening. Je bent op technisch gebied van alle markten thuis, denkt vanuit gebruikers, bent servicegericht en flexibel, vriendelijk, collegiaal en streeft naar het vinden van de beste oplossing.
Verder beheers je zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal goed in woord en geschrift. ITIL-kennis en ervaring is gewenst. Certificering op bijvoorbeeld M365 is een pré.
En verder:
- Beschik je over een dienstverlenende, enthousiaste en cliëntgerichte instelling
- Ben je een echte teamplayer die ook in staat is zelfstandig te werken
- Ben je alert op wensen van interne en externe gesprekspartners, bewaakt en informeert over voortgang en komt afspraken na;
- Beschik je over expertise op het gebied van werkplekbeheer;
- Ben je flexibel en neemt taken over van collega's in het team.
