We're looking for an Production Technician Functieomschrijving:You work as a Production Technician in our Finishing Department and operate digital finishing equipment to produce flawless labels. This is where quality meets craftsmanship. Your responsibilities include: Machine Operation: Setting up and operating modern machinery used for label finishing (cutting, laminating, inspection, etc.). Safety & Planning: Working safely and methodically to execute production orders straight from the system. Quality Control: Diligently inspecting finished labels and correcting any defects or deviations. Timely Delivery: Ensuring all orders are completed on time and meet the highest quality standards before shipping. Communication: Collaborating with colleagues and supervisors on progress and any production specifics. Functievereisten:We value your motivation and attitude much more than prior experience. We provide thorough training and excellent guidance to help you master the craft in a supportive work environment As an Production Technician you should bring: A willingness to work in a two-shift system (see schedule below). A true 'can-do' mentality and a team-player attitude. High standards for accuracy and a clean, organized working style. Fluency in Dutch is preferred, or English with a commitment to follow a basic Dutch language course.
