Als Customer Success Manager ben jij de sleutel tot het succes van onze klanten bij het gebruik van onze producten en diensten Je bent de bruggenbouwer tussen klanten en interne teams, met als doel duurzame klanttevredenheid te bereiken en commerciële kansen te benutten.
Jouw bijdrage gaat verder dan het behalen van doelen; je bent de drijvende kracht achter tevreden klanten en het succes van iClicks

Klantdoelen behalen en commerciële kansen spotten:
Je gaat aan de slag met het vaststellen, begeleiden en realiseren van verschillende klantdoelen. Je hebt hiervoor veel contact met de klanten én de interne teams. Daarnaast identificeer je commerciële kansen in samenwerking met onze online marketing consultants.
Relatiebeheer en klantbehoud:
Het succes voor een goede online marketing campagne is gebaseerd op een vlekkeloze samenwerking met je klanten. Je doet er dus alles aan om een sterke relatie op te bouwen met de klant, maar zorgt er ook voor dat je je interne collega's weet te vinden en zij jou.
Projectmanagement en teamcoördinatie:
Zoals gezegd zit je boven op de klantdoelen en zorg je ervoor dat deze behaald worden door de opgestelde marketingstrategieën. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor je interne collega's en voorziet hen van heldere briefings, zodat ze meteen aan de slag kunnen.
Dashboards en rapportages:
Je bent in staat om data van de campagne(s) te vertalen naar voor de klant begrijpelijke dashboards en rapportages. Je kunt daarnaast de voortgang van een campagne aan de hand van de door jou opgestelde KPIs bespreken met de klant. Uiteraard bied je ook een duidelijk inzicht in de behaalde resultaten aan klanten en interne teams.
Commerciële kansen signaleren:
Als Customer Success Manager ben je altijd alert op commerciële kansen voor de klant en voor iClicks. Daarnaast ontdek én benut je nieuwe mogelijkheden die verder gaan dan de gestelde doelen. Je maakt daarbij de vertaalslag tussen de behoefte van de klant en de diensten die we vanuit iClicks kunnen aanbieden.
Dit vragen we van je:
- Minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare en relevante werkervaring.
- Kennis van of affiniteit met online marketing.
- Ondernemende mindset en groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
- Uitstekende communicatie- en organisatievaardigheden.
- Vermogen om je in de klant te verplaatsen en vanuit hun perspectief de juiste keuzes te maken.

- Een salaris tot maximaal € 4.150,- bruto per maand;
