HSE Coordinator and Reporting

Location: Maasvlakte, Zuid-Holland

Job Description

As an HSE Coordinator and Reporting Officer, you will play a key role in fostering a strong health and safety culture within the organization. Your responsibilities include:

  • Health & Safety Promotion: Driving a positive safety culture and leading related campaigns.
  • Training Leadership: Organizing and conducting Health & Safety and Environmental training sessions.
  • Reporting: Ensuring timely and accurate HSE reporting in collaboration with the HSE Deputy Manager.
  • Induction Process: Managing the HSE induction process for all project personnel.
  • Data Management: Maintaining and updating HSE tracking files for comprehensive reporting.
  • Training Coordination: Planning and organizing on-site HSE training in coordination with relevant bodies.
  • Representation Duties: Conducting inductions, updating safety boards, participating in internal HSE meetings, and preparing periodic reports.
  • Quality Assurance: Implementing the HSE system, conducting safety interventions, managing PPE and emergency response plans, and integrating environmental considerations into project design.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in the gas industry and construction projects.
  • Knowledge of HSEQ systems, reporting, and relevant software.
  • Comfortable delivering training sessions.
  • VOL-VCA certification.
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch (spoken and written).
