As part of our global HSE department, you will be working in a dynamic environment coordinating and supporting HSE activities in our customers' projects.
Note: This role requires relocation to The Netherlands.
We are seeking a dedicated professional with experience in HSE project management and a strong team player mindset. Your role will involve developing and implementing Project HSE & Sustainability plans according to standards, regulations, legal requirements, and customer needs. You will provide thorough HSE documentation, conduct risk assessments, and implement control measures to ensure successful project deliveries.
- You will analyze and consider contract requirements, ensuring we have plans to implement and fulfill them.
- You will support in risk assessments, monitor installation contractors, report to clients, and serve as our interface regarding HSE topics.
- You will regularly visit manufacturing facilities, installation sites, and installation contractors to support and monitor performance and fulfillment of requirements.
Your responsibilities will also include:
- Ensuring the project meets external requirements and internal policies and guidelines.
- Capturing, analyzing, and sharing lessons learned throughout the project.
- Monitoring, reporting, and record-keeping of HSE risks, non-conformities, and HSE-related KPIs and statistics.
- Planning and following up on allocated HSE resources in the project and ensuring process compliance.
- Establishing and monitoring HSE & Sustainability performance and initiating improvement initiatives.
- Supporting in HSE incident investigations.
- Supporting in tenders related to HSE scope.
As a key member of our HSE team, you will work closely with our customers and contractors, applying your excellent communication and team player skills. Your driven and positive mindset will support creating genuine engagement within the teams.
