Job Title: Account Manager DelvotestCity, Country: Delft, The Netherlands (southern Germany can be considered)Ready to bring your passion for sales and customer care into a global, science-driven environment?Apply now and help us ensure the world's milk remains clean, safe, and antibiotic-free with Delvotest, part of dsm-firmenich, Taste, Texture & Health.Your Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary commercial and technical point of contact for Delvotest customers (mainly dairy processors) across EuropeDevelop and deliver compelling product and concept-driven sales pitches, adapted to customer needs and regional regulationsBuild strong relationships with Procurement, Quality, and technical stakeholders at customer sitesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territoriesGuide the implementation of Delvotest solutions, including training, troubleshooting, after-sales service and collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Regulatory, Technical Services, and Global MarketingRepresent Delvotest at international trade fairs, conferences, andmake customer visits requiring travel regularly across Europe (with occasional intercontinental trips)We offerJoin a small, high-performing team within a global science-based company. You will be on the front line—visiting dairy factory laboratories, government monitoring stations, and farms of all sizes—giving you a unique view of the industry's diversity, challenges, and opportunities. This flat structure is by design, part of our strategy to create a high-performance sales resource with maximum access to everything from top-level strategy to pure execution.This role is underpinned by clear objectives, but we give you the room to shape these into personal goals. We will work with you to build a development pathway that aligns with your ambitions and equips you with long-term success. We are looking for someone with a genuine affinity for languages and communication.Willingness and excitement to travel frequently, up to 60% of your time.A bachelor's or master's degree in business, Life Sciences, Food Technology, or a related field1–3 years of relevant experience in technical sales, key account management, or business development (internships count)Candidates with prior experience in herd management tasks such as feeding, milking, health monitoring, and breeding is highly desirable.
