Wacht niet langer, scroll naar beneden en solliciteer zo snel mogelijk om deze kans niet te missen.As a Frontdesk Assistant, you will be part of Terma’s Global Facility team, consisting of 21 employees that are responsible for front office and facilities maintenance at all Terma’s sites. Our office in Leiden is looking after about 50 employees located in the office and at ESTEC, our European Space Agency local site in The Netherlands. For this role we are looking for a part-time employee, 30 hours/week with starting date as soon as possible.Your primary tasks will include:Independent planning, organization and execution of Front desk tasks:Answering and forwarding (international) callsReceiving visitors and suppliersInternal and external correspondence (mail, and emails) in Dutch and EnglischIssuing keys and/or badgesSupporting and organizing meetingsHandling of incoming and outgoing shipping/deliveriesAd hoc support with travel bookings, travel expense support and relocation activitiesOrganization of yearly company eventsOrganizing and sorting files in the archive when time allows for itResponsible for keeping the kitchen and office clean and welcomingAssist with any ad hoc office tasks or projects as requested by the rest of the organizationProvide general assistance to team members and management as neededLocal Go to person” for Facility matters:Interface with landlord, cleaning company, craftsmen, etc.First point of contact for employees and forwarding to relevant departmentsOrganization of office supplies etc.Administrative Support for HR (onboarding tasks, minor HR administrative tasks)As our new Front Desk Assistant, you will be working in the Leiden office and the core working hours will be: Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM.Your profileThrives when having to focus on details and qualityIdeally, you already have professional experience from a Front desk role in an international environment.You are fluent in Dutch and English is a pre-requisite in this role.You have good IT skills (Windows, MS Office etc.)You like to work independently and have the necessary hands-on skills as well as the mindset to do so.You are a service-minded team player.Training opportunitiesWhat can Terma offer:Terma is a global supplier of advanced electronics for the civil market and the defense industry, delivering products for both radars, avionics, and space.We are an international company with world-class expertise, and we make complex and high-tech products.
