Regional Technical Sales Manager

As Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing after-sales service activities for rotating equipment within the Benelux region. You will focus on developing long-term client relationships, expanding service contracts, and driving sales of repairs, spare parts, and upgrades. Managing sales activities for steam turbines, gas turbines, and screw compressorsDriving growth strategies and managing sales pipelines within your territoryIndependently negotiating service agreements and contractsProviding regular input for sales forecasting and budget planningCollaborating closely with internal teams across operations and engineeringBachelor's degree, preferably in a technical or commercial field/oil and gas background~1–3 years of experience in turbomachinery or rotating equipment sales/service~ Open for students or young proffesionals/ fresh graduates~ Experience with long sales cycles and managing client accounts~ Comfortable working both independently and in teams~ Living in the Rotterdam area (this is a must)~ Dutch driver's license (Category B) is required~ Fluency in Dutch and English is required; German is a plus~ Living in the greater Rotterdam area and willing to travel regularly~ Depending on your product focus, you may have opportunities to visit our international sales offices.
