You provide remote support and troubleshooting, develop training materials, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and documentation. Thanks to your technical knowledge and customer-focused approach, you ensure that our installations operate optimally.Your tasks include:Technical Support & Customer ContactProvide technical support via phone and email.Analyze customer requests and offer appropriate solutions.Record communications in the ERP system.Determine if an on-site visit is necessary.Monitor incoming issues and discuss possible solutions.If needed, escalate calls to Field Service Technicians.Training & DocumentationAssist in certified installer training programs.Develop training materials and conduct sessions.Contribute to user manuals and process improvements.Inspections & InstallationPerform slide inspections.Opportunity to assist with on-site installations.Spare Parts & AdministrationEnter and follow up on spare parts orders.Inform customers about shipping dates.Coordinate and track returns of defective parts.RequirementsYou enjoy solving technical puzzles, maintaining an overview, and gain energy from helping customers.
