To strengthen our Customer Service team, we are looking for a colleague who enjoys customer interaction and ensures that orders and inquiries are handled quickly and smoothly.

**What you will do**
- Process quotations and customer orders
- Inform customers about products, prices, and delivery times
- Handle complaints
- Coordinate activities within the department.

**What you bring**
- Experience & knowledge_
- MBO/HBO level of education (or equivalent)
- Experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Excellent command of Dutch and English; French is a plus.
- Your strengths_
- Strong customer focus with excellent communication skills
