The Global Sales Strategy team is a driving force behind growth and transformation at Just Eat Takeaway. We unlock commercial opportunities across markets, lead high-impact initiatives, and ensure our sales function remains market leading.
As a Manager, you’ll take ownership of strategic programmes from concept to execution, shaping our commercial strategy, optimizing operations, and driving measurable business growth. This high-visibility and critical role will allow you to influence senior leadership, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver global change in a multi-billion euro organisation.
From strategy development to implementation, you’ll ensure seamless delivery of initiatives that shape the future of our commercial operations;
Optimizing Cost of Sales : Conduct detailed analyses to uncover inefficiencies and identify high-impact investment opportunities, delivering measurable ROI and strengthening the bottom line;
Engaging Senior Stakeholders : Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, from country executives to ExCo members. Present data-driven insights, align on priorities, and drive decisions that enable successful execution of strategic programmes;
Leading Cross-Functional Teams : Inspire and lead diverse teams across sales, marketing, finance, customer service, logistics, and product, fostering collaboration and alignment to deliver on shared goals and OKRs;
Managing Complex Programmes : Develop and execute robust programme plans with clear timelines, risk assessments, dependency mapping and change impact assessments. Experience in commercial strategy, technology, or food delivery is a plus;
Commercial and Financial Acumen: To provide critical and key strategic insight across all areas of the business;
Influential Communication : The ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders, from operational teams to executive leadership, to drive collaboration and consensus;
