CM Medical has partnered with a prominent company in the dental industry providing high-quality dental products and services. They strive to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of dental professionals with their focus on cutting-edge technology and ongoing research. We are seeking a Senior Account Manager for the Netherlands.


Position Summary:

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for developing and managing the B2B and Strategic Markets business (including Universities, Students, Hospitals, DSO, Government, etc.) within the assigned territory in the Netherlands. This position involves engaging all actors within the purchasing process, including dealer partners and end users, to expand the business and improve brand image and recognition. The Senior Account Manager will leverage dedicated Company Programs and use a strategic, consultative approach to differentiate offerings in the market. The role requires close collaboration with the Country Manager Benelux and other teams such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Care, and Product Management to achieve company objectives and customer satisfaction. If objectives are met, this position offers the potential for progression to Country Manager in the Netherlands.


Experience Required:

  • 10 years of professional experience in dental/medical equipment and consumables sales.
  • At least 5 years of progressive sales leadership experience.
  • 7-10 years of experience in sales in the healthcare industry within the Netherlands.
  • Strong background in working with KOLs, healthcare distributors, and market influencers.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
