Functieomschrijving:
Als Quality & Sustainability Coordinator werk je binnen het HSEQ-team (Health, Safety, Environment & Quality) en speel je een cruciale rol in het beheren en optimaliseren van kwaliteits- en duurzaamheidssystemen. Je ontwikkelt en onderhoudt het geïntegreerde managementsysteem (IMS), coördineert de implementatie van ISO-normen en ondersteunt verkoopteams met specialistische kennis van kwaliteits- en duurzaamheidseisen in de supply chain. Je zorgt voor de naleving van industriële standaarden en voert zowel interne als externe audits uit.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
- Implementatie en coördinatie van ISO 9001 en ISO 14001 standaarden.
- Ontwikkeling en documentatie van het geïntegreerde managementsysteem (IMS).
- Beoordeling en evaluatie van leveranciers.
- Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van interne en externe audits.
- Analyseren en rapporteren van het managementsysteem.
- Beantwoorden van interne en klantenvragen over kwaliteit en duurzaamheid.
- Implementatie van duurzaamheidsinitiatieven.
- Training van medewerkers op het gebied van kwaliteit en duurzaamheid.
Profiel:
- HBO/Bachelor diploma in een relevante discipline.
- Minimaal enkele jaren ervaring in Kwaliteit & Duurzaamheid.
- Grondige kennis van managementsystemen zoals ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GMP en IATF.
- Ervaring met MVO-assessments zoals Responsible Care en EcoVadis.
- In het bezit van een rijbewijs en eigen vervoer.
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden:
- Salarisindicatie: €3000-€5000 obv ervaring.
- Contract: Lange termijn, start via Oxford DETA.
- Pensioen: Premievrij pensioen na overname.
- Mogelijkheid tot remote werken, minimaal 3 dagen per week op kantoor.
