You will join an established remote Amazon team of three: a highly experienced PPC Lead, an Advertising Specialist and an Operations Specialist. Together, they form a strong foundation that enables you to focus on strategy, performance and growth, while operational tasks and advertising execution are supported by the team around you.If you thrive in a fast-moving environment and love taking ownership, this role is for you.Your Role as Amazon Marketplace ManagerAs our Amazon Marketplace Manager, you take strategic ownership of all marketplace performance outside of PPC. You define the commercial direction, identify growth opportunities (marketplace expansion & product introductions), prioritise improvements and coordinate execution across multiple brands and regions.You help & steer a focused Amazon team; PPC Lead, Advertising Specialist and Operations Specialist ensuring everyone moves in the same direction, both onsite and remotely. Operational execution is supported by the team, allowing you to concentrate on strategy, performance management and scaling.You work closely with our PPC Lead to align marketplace and advertising strategy, and with Product Development to share market insights and influence new product opportunities. You bring clarity, set priorities and keep momentum high.You regularly report insights, results and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors, shaping the long-term Amazon roadmap for Roots & Branches.What You'll DoMarketplace Strategy & PerformanceOwn the marketplace roadmap and define priorities that drive growth across Amazon EU, UK and US.Analyse performance, competition and category dynamics to determine where to improve, scale or optimise.Collaborate with the PPC team to ensure marketplace strategy and advertising efforts reinforce each other.Stay on top of inventory availability situation and provide guidance to PPC team to adjust/optimize ahead of time.Commercial OwnershipManage pricing strategies, margins and profitability across brands and regions.Identify opportunities for assortment expansion, new product introductions and market rollouts.Operational Excellence (High-Level Ownership)Safeguard listing quality, compliance, account health and catalogue integrity.Interface with Design team to ensure timely and adequate content deliveries on listings.Oversee operational processes while the Operations Specialist manages execution-heavy tasks.Cross-Team CollaborationWork closely with Product Development, Supply Chain, Design, Finance and Customer Service to keep operations aligned, scalable and commercially strong.Deliver market insights that help shape new product development opportunities.P&L ownershipOwn the full Amazon P&L up to the final CM3 numbers, grow the platform and set new targets in a healthy way.What You Bring Minimum 2 years of hands-on Amazon Marketplace management experience ideally 5 years or more in an aggregator or Amazon Brand.
