WE ARE EDN is a new all-day dining experience with a real heart and a big conscience. Opening this October at DoubleTree by Hilton Amsterdam Central Station, WE ARE EDN is our own small slice of paradise, where guests of all ages can enjoy honest, feel-good food and drinks in a joyful, nurturing and relaxing environment that honors nature’s bounty. Our wholesome, planet-conscious menu will combine comforting and familiar global dishes with lip-smacking local specials, all crafted from the freshest seasonal ingredients and rooted in sustainability.

What Will You Be Doing?

As a WE ARE EDN Host/Hostess, you’ll jump into the heart of the action, you keep our restaurant buzzing with good vibes. Here’s what you’ll be up to:


  • Master the Fun: Carry the WE ARE EDN energy, spreading it amongst the team and our guests while you are welcoming into our beautiful outlet


  • Lead the Vibe: At WE ARE EDN, we are trend setters. Build comradery with your teammates, share knowledge and inspire each other to be awesome.


  • Wow the Guests: Personalize every experience, offer unforgettable memories and make guests feel special.


  • Get Smart with the Numbers: Understand the financial side, because good times also mean good business.


  • Cook Up New Ideas: Work with the team to keep things fresh, fun, and satisfying for everyone.


  • Be Planet-Friendly: Help us keep our eco-game strong and steady.


  • Team Player: Jump in wherever you’re needed and keep the good vibes rolling.

Extra Cool Points:

  • Seven rooms Reservation system handling is a plus.


  • Hotel Know-How: Previous experience in the hotel scene is a plus.
