Opening this October at DoubleTree by Hilton Amsterdam Centraal Station, WE ARE EDN is our own small slice of paradise, where guests of all ages can enjoy honest, feel-good food and drink in a joyful, nurturing and relaxing environment that honours nature's bounty. Our wholesome, planet-conscious menu will combine comforting and familiar global dishes with lip-smacking local specials, all crafted from the freshest seasonal ingredients and rooted in sustainability.
