Als Application Support Analyst heb je een belangrijke rol bij Nétive; jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de key-users bij onze klanten, wanneer zij vragen hebben of problemen ervaren met onze applicatie. Door goed te luisteren en door te vragen, achterhaal je waar de klant precies tegenaan loopt. Vervolgens ga je aan de slag met het probleem, zorg je voor de oplossing en leg je alles netjes vast. Jouw doel is bereikt als je weer een tevreden klant hebt

Wat ga je doen?

Alle vragen van klanten over de functionele inrichting, verstoringen of gebruikersproblemen met ons VMS komen bij jou binnen. Jij analyseert (soms terugkerende) vragen of problemen, lost ze waar mogelijk op, denkt mee en adviseert over verbeteringen in de applicatie en het gebruik ervan door de klant . Hoe zien jouw dagen eruit:

  • Je monitort dagelijks de openstaande vragen en issues vanuit het ticketsysteem;
  • Deze prioriteer je en los je zoveel mogelijk zelfstandig op;
  • Voor complexe problemen schakel je met collega's van de 3e lijn, zodat we ook voor deze vraagstukken snel tot een oplossing kunnen komen;
  • Jij houdt gedurende de hele doorlooptijd van het incident proactief contact met de klant over de status en legt alle stappen netjes vast in het systeem.

Wat breng je mee?

Als Application Support Analyst haal je er voldoening uit om in de functionaliteit van ons VMS (gebaseerd op het Salesforce platform) te duiken en voor ieder probleem een oplossing te vinden. Je weet techniek en klanttevredenheid op een enthousiaste manier met elkaar te verbinden. Daarnaast heb je:

  • Hbo werk- en denkniveau;
  • Bij voorkeur ervaring in een klantcontact functie, maar belangrijker is dat je het echt leuk vindt om mee te denken over de functionele wensen van de klant;
  • Een servicegerichte en proactieve persoonlijkheid;
  • Een natuurlijke nieuwsgierigheid en oplossingsgerichtheid.

Wat mag je minimaal van ons verwachten?

  • een salaris tussen € 2500,- en € 3300,- (op fulltime basis, afhankelijk van je ervaring);
  • 25 vakantiedagen + het aantal officiële Nederlandse feestdagen om zelf in te delen, een zingevingsdag en een vrije dag op je verjaardag;
  • een mobiliteitsregeling op maat;
  • de mogelijkheid om hybride te werken (uiteraard verzorgen wij je thuiswerkplek);
  • een laptop (Mac) en iPhone.
