Our client, a prominent player in the global music industry, is dedicated to empowering creators and rights holders by providing innovative tools to manage their music as a business. With over 20 million music assets under management across continents, they are shaping the future of the music industry.
They are currently seeking a Management Assistant (PA) to join their central Amsterdam office, supporting their CEO and CFO in collaboration with the Senior Executive Assistant.
- Location: Amsterdam Central
- Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week
- Reports to: Senior Executive Assistant
- Salary: EUR gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive calendar management for executives, coordinating and scheduling internal and external meetings
- Draft and prepare meeting correspondence, including agendas, notes, and follow-ups
- Arrange and coordinate all travel logistics for executives, including flights, trains, and accommodations
- Manage credit card and expense reporting for executives, ensuring timely submission
- Assist with ad-hoc projects, including the preparation of presentations, reports, and special projects for the executive team
- Organize events, handle PR tasks, and support internal communications
- Provide additional support to the CEO in the absence of the Senior Executive Assistant
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role within a dynamic, international setting
- Affinity for or experience in creative or media industries
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
- Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion
- Excellent communication skills, confident in interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Fluent in English
