Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport is looking for a Supervisor Food & Beverage At Hyatt, care connects us . Our hotel has 330 rooms and an inviting restaurant and bar, welcoming guests from all over the world for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We also facilitate several meetings and events in our spacious event spaces. We’re looking for a warm, easy-going and flexible person who’s passionate about creating memorable moments. As F&B Supervisor, you’ll be part of a diverse and caring team, leading the way in delivering exceptional hospitality across our restaurant, bar and banqueting areas. What you’ll do Lead and coach our Food & Beverage Hosts across restaurant, bar and meeting spaces, while collaborating with other departments. Drive outlet performance by identifying opportunities and taking initiative. Create genuine connections with guests and inspire your team to do the same—boosting satisfaction and team success. Foster a culture of care and professionalism, ensuring every guest experience is memorable. Support the growth of your team through training, coaching and mentoring, in close collaboration with the F&B Team Leader & Manager. Communicate clearly and consistently with your team, keeping everyone informed and engaged. Handle administrative tasks as needed. Free parking for colleagues—including when you travel, with access to our shuttle to Schiphol Airport. Who you are Experienced in Food & Beverage, ideally in hotel restaurants. Passionate about hospitality and guest experience. Fluent in English. Eligible to work in the Netherlands. Flexible to work different shifts, weekends and public holidays.
